BSIF is committed to transparency and accountability throughout all stages of program implementation. The GRM ensures that anyone affected by or involved in the program can raise concerns, ask questions, or report issues in a safe, confidential, and timely manner.
Who Can Submit a Grievance?
- Community members in participating villages
- Village Water Board members and staff
- Local government representatives
- Program contractors and service providers
- Any individual or group with concerns related to program activities
What Can Be Reported?
- Concerns about water quality or infrastructure
- Issues with contractor or program staff conduct
- Questions about project activities in your community
- Concerns about environmental or social impacts
- Any other program-related grievance or feedback
